At Blender Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your blender or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, components, and the original packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
